Privacy Policy.

What we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Effective date: October 17, 2026

LurexBio, Inc. (“LurexBio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of visitors to https://lurexbio.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you. It applies only to the Site and not to information collected offline or through any other channel.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information you provide

We collect only the information you choose to provide, for example when you:

  • Submit a contact or general inquiry form (name, email address, the content of your message, and any company or affiliation you include);
  • Sign up to receive company updates (email address);
  • Send an investor, partnership, media, or career inquiry (name, email address, organization, and the nature of your interest);
  • Email or call us directly.

Please do not submit health or medical information, or any confidential or proprietary information, through the Site. Our forms are not designed as secure channels for that kind of information.

b. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our servers and service providers automatically log certain technical information when you visit the Site, including:

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address;
  • Browser type and version, device type, and operating system;
  • Date and time of your visit, pages viewed, and referring and exit pages;
  • General click and navigation activity on the Site.

We use this information in aggregate to operate, secure, and improve the Site. We do not use it to identify you personally unless it is combined with information you have chosen to provide.

2. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to run core features, keep the Site secure, prevent spam, remember preferences, and, where enabled, understand traffic through analytics tools. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are sent; some Site features may not work properly if you do.

The Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Where required by applicable law, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control.

3. Third-Party Services and Embedded Content

To deliver the Site, we rely on a small number of third-party services that may receive limited technical information, such as your IP address, when you visit. These may include:

  • Website hosting and content delivery providers;
  • Web font services (for example, Google Fonts), which load typefaces from the provider’s servers;
  • Embedded maps (for example, Google Maps) on pages that display our location;
  • Spam-filtering services (for example, Akismet), which screen form submissions to block automated abuse;
  • Analytics services, where enabled, that help us understand how the Site is used.

The Site also links to our profiles on third-party platforms such as LinkedIn. If you follow those links or interact with that content, the third party’s own privacy policy applies. LurexBio does not control, and is not responsible for, the privacy practices of these third parties.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries submitted through the Site;
  • Evaluate investor, partnership, media, and career inquiries;
  • Send company updates or other communications you have requested;
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site, including diagnosing technical issues;
  • Understand aggregate Site usage and visitor trends;
  • Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

We do not use information collected through the Site to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.

5. How We Share Information

LurexBio does not sell personal information collected through the Site, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • With service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery, spam filtering, and analytics, and that are obligated to protect the information and use it only for the purposes we specify;
  • With professional advisors, such as legal counsel and auditors, where reasonably necessary;
  • In connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections;
  • If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LurexBio, our visitors, or others;
  • With your consent or at your direction.

6. Investor and Partner Communications

Information you share with us as a prospective investor or partner may also be governed by a separate confidentiality or nondisclosure agreement. Where such an agreement applies, we handle that information in accordance with its terms and with applicable securities and recordkeeping requirements.

7. Data Security

LurexBio maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information collected through the Site against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures are calibrated to the limited contact and technical information the Site collects. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information collected through the Site, we will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where required by applicable law, notify affected individuals and relevant regulators.

8. Data Retention

We keep information submitted through the Site only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, provide the communications you requested, and meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations. After that, it is deleted or de-identified. Aggregate, de-identified analytics data may be kept longer for trend analysis.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You can unsubscribe from company updates at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have submitted through the Site, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws, such as U.S. state privacy laws or the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation. These may include rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Where the GDPR applies, we process personal information on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interests in operating the Site and responding to inquiries, or our legal obligations, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We will respond to verified requests in accordance with applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 15.

10. International Visitors

The Site is hosted in, and directed primarily to visitors in, the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions whose data protection laws may differ from those of your home country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

11. Health Information

We do not provide medical care, medical advice, or access to investigational products through the Site, and the Site is not designed to collect health information. If you have questions about your health or treatment, please speak with a qualified healthcare provider.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly investigate and, where appropriate, delete it in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable law.
