Our story

A personal question became a scientific thesis.

Founder James Clark, a Stage IV cancer survivor, spent years investigating a question that started as deeply personal: why does the immune system fail to recognize certain solid tumors at all? That question, not yet experimentally tested at the time, became the scientific thesis LurexBio exists to test today.

Our mission: pioneer non-genetic, non-viral immune engineering designed to address tumor immune evasion, by engineering the conditions under which recognition can occur rather than trying to amplify a response that isn't there.
